Public bug reported:
I'm russian and using ICQ. If a try to move a buddy with cyrillic
nickname from the group to another one, nickname turns into symbols. For
example, nickname "Влад" turns into "Âëàä" (see below the video
description).
In ICQ account settings the encoding is set to "cp1251" (Windows-1251
Cyrillic), the messages are okay.
