Hi, I try reproduce it, but it is kind a weird.
1. Hit upload button in firefox (you need to open this file chooser dialog
somehow)
2. Search for items (you need more of same starting letter, like
Screenshot1.png, Screenshot2.png, ...)
3. Move with arrows on keyboard between them
4. Thumbnail on right side does not match with selected image
