The armel cross-toolchain package in Ubuntu precise is at 4.6.2. This
bug does not meet the requirements for a stable release update in
Ubuntu, so an update to 4.6.2 will not be provided in the Ubuntu archive
for 11.10.
(The Linaro team would of course be free to provide such an update for
11.10 in a ppa.)
