Hi Carlos Thanks for the quick feedback. It may be possible that this issue stems from the fact that the package was built and tested on lucid - I think you are using maverick?
I'll rebuild the ppa specifically for oneiric and we'll see what happens (I admit I cheated with this ppa for versions above lucid, launchpad has a function to copy a binary between releases). I'll have a play in sine virtual machines till I get it right.
