I'm sorry for not knowing to which package this can be contributed to, I
just have a screenshot.

Using Xubuntu 12.04 latest updates. Greybird theme.
E.g. in gedit, the font colors of the items in the dropdown menus are almost 
unreadable because they are too dark and should be white-ish.
Also the icons for saving, opening, etc... have a light rectangle around them. 
I suppose they should be transparent.
