Public bug reported:
After installing Ubuntu 7.04 from the live cd, I tried to install
denyhosts. However, denyhosts does not work because it expects
hosts.allow and hosts.deny to be present and they are not. Creating them
in /etc using touch helps.
I am not sure I understand why they should be missing in the first
place, hence this bug report.
