Wishlist seems appropriate for a new package.
Does it build an run on precise? If so, please go ahead before Beta 1 freeze.

We tend to ask that new packges have an archive-admin volunteer to
review the upload before we grant the FFe. But considering that this is
a sync from Debian (which means less archive-admin review), I think it's
safe to go ahead. It can be rejected from the queue at Beta-1 freeze if
nobody wants to do it.
