I've found a workaround. 1. Open /usr/share/applications/bamf.index in text editor
2. Find the following line: eclipse.desktop eclipse 3. Replace it with: eclipse.desktop /usr/lib/eclipse/eclipse 4. Save the file. 5. Restart your session/system (if needed).
