Public bug reported:

i am not 100% sure if this is a lubuntu-specific bug but because of
older bugs i reported i guess its lubuntu-desktop and not nm-applet

When using nm-applet on lubuntu there is no icon when connected to a mobile
broadband/umts network. Everything else has an icon (wifi, wired, no
connection).

I guess lubuntu-desktop is missing a dependency for an icon.

I have not tested this on ubuntu 12.04 so i dont know if it is also
affecting ubuntu but i guess its only afecting lubuntu
