I get the same 3 messages in /var/log/syslog every 52 seconds on my Dell mini 1012. I get it both with the recent Ubuntu kernel 3.2.0-15, and with the latest Ubuntu-built mainline kernel: 3.3.0-030300rc4-generic-pae
