As 'gnupg' (which is the 1.4 branch) is considered to be in maintenance
mode and main development happens in gnupg2, I don't think this request
is appropriate for this package. It would be for gnupg2, but as the log
notes the patch has been merged upstream so will enter the package in
due course so there also no further action is necessary.
