Public bug reported:

i5 Sandy Bridge
Dell Vostro 3450
8 Gb RAM
Trying to install to 10 Gb partition. Installer says it needs 8.6 Gb. Then it
proceeds to creating an 8 Gb swap file and tries to create / on the remaining 2
Gb. Installing to custom partition schema does the work.
