The issue may have been cause by hiding the main Skype window, with the
'activate' command in the skype indicator menu. In this case, all Skype
windows are /destroyed/ and bamf doesn't see Skype anymore.
Without a reproducible test case, I'll mark the issue invalid, but
thanks for the heads up about Skype.
