Happened when unmounting the last lvm volume on an external hd

+ PS Uhm, I just saw that the bug has been reported to the overlay-scrollbar
project, so this detail may be useful:
+ the external hd has 4 lvm volumes... when plugging it in, it creates a
scrollbar for the left nautilus pane...
+
+ the crash happens each and every time I unmount the bottommost lvm
+ volume... when I unmount one of the first (uppermost) 3 lvm volumes,
+ everything is fine
