Public bug reported:

I installed precise alhpa2 in vmware, got the plasma-desktop interface
by default, then switched to plasma-netbook one.

1. it contained no app menu widget, so i had to find it and enable 'button form
factor'.
2. the taskbar (the one containing appmenu widget, systray, clock and window
switcher) hides by default and i have to move mouse pointer to the upper side
of the screen to get it. i like the previous static behaviour found in kubuntu
11.10. i still haven't found a way to disable this autohuding, and this is very
frustrating for me.

** Affects: plasma-netbook (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
