Caused by a bug in imagemagick
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/imagemagick/+bug/929573)
where rsvg was removed from librsvg2-bin and rsvg-convert should used
instead.
Fixed in version 8:6.6.9.7-5ubuntu3 of imagemagick.
