The new libaws from Debian built fine, it fails to build in precise
because of a missing -lz (presumably through our different default
linker options). I asked the Debian maintainer about some hints about
this, a simple LDFLAGS=--no-as-needed doesn't help.

There is no other reverse dependency of libaws, so for precise we might
just as well remove it, too.
