Steps:
1. Open several apps in quick succession
2. look at the launcher to confirm all apps are running
3. hold down alt-tab
Result:
Notice that not all apps are in the alt-tab switcher
Expected:
Alll apps are in the switcher
Workaround:
Change workspaces and then change back. After that, all the apps will be in the
alt-tab switcher.
