This particular issue has already been reported as bug #110053 [1] (MASTER
[FEISTY] firefox crashed [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
Can you confirm that your crash description "Open the 'Preferences' menu and
the 'Advanced' section is selected by default; Click on the 'Main' section and
Firefox crashes." makes firefox crash always? What theme do you use? Are you
using Gnome or KDE?
Please feel free to add any other information you might consider to be related
to this particular issue either to [1] or [2].
And, of course, please don't doubt to report any other crashes/issues you might
find in the future.
