After talking with the design team we have noticed that the strings used
in the proxy creds dialog have to be changed so that the dialog follows
the standard gnome styling and clarifies what is happening to the user.
The new strings should be:
[frame title] Proxy Settings
[frame header] Please provide login details.

[error message] Incorrect login details. Please try again.
- [user label] Proxy username:
- [password label] Proxy password:
+ [user label] Proxy username:
