Today I've submitted Bug 46447 "Images disappear and corrupt Impress presentation" to https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=46447
After that I was advised at [email protected] that this bug, although it happens in the Impress module, might actually be related to the bug here.
