Oh and BTW, I'm having this bug for network-manager-vpnc and there the
workaround is:
[vpn]
.....
IPSec secret-flags=0
Xauth password-flags=0
[vpn-secrets]
Xauth password=........
IPSec secret=......
** Also affects: network-manager-vpnc
