A few lines from my /etc/X11/xorg.conf:

Identifier "VIA Technologies, Inc. S3 Unichrome Pro VGA Adapter"
Driver "via"
BusID "PCI:1:0:0"
EndSection
So i guess i use the via driver.
Please correct me if i am wrong.
