Can you show the result, while the kvm is hanging, of
ps -ef
brctl show
ifconfig -a
virsh list
If you change the nic definition from
<interface type='bridge'>
<source bridge='br32'/>
<mac address='02:00:54:59:00:5d'/>
</interface>
to
<interface type='bridge'>
<source bridge='br32'/>
<mac address='fe:00:54:59:00:5d'/>
</interface>
Do you still get the hang?
