It's very similar to the bug that you refer, but you don't need to reopen
any document: when you close OO, the OO recovery document appear
automatically. And yes, it happens 100% of the times with .doc and .ppt
files. Yesterday, making tests, I found that, if you open a file and close
it rapidly, there is no problem. You have to wait a couple of minutes with
OO opened to see the problem. Maybe OO has an "autosave" feature, and it's
doing crazy things in Ubuntu?
