Public bug reported:
When converting pdf to html with pdftohtml and using relative path to
pdf, pdftohtml will write any images into directory where pdf is, not
where it is called from (and where html will be).
For example: pdftohtml -c ../some.pdf
ls -> *.html
ls .. -> *.png some.pdf
