One more addition:
There is no error if I mount the ncpfs-Volumes, copy some files quickly, and
then umount the volume immidiately. If I leave the volume mounted and shutdown
my machine after some hours umount does not work any more saying the resource
was busy (which is not the case and I cannot override that with --force)

To me it seems as if there is an unknown time after which the ncpmount
hangs making it impossible to umount or access files any more.
