This looks like regular gnome/ubuntu; however, the buttons are clearly
moved on the right. Not only is this not a compiz issue but also this is
an unsupported option in Ubuntu.
Thank you for reporting this bug, but this is beyond the scope of
Ubuntu's desktop environment and will be closed as such.
