I am not quite sure what you are saying.
If it were themeable there would be no bug report for making it
themable. So you are confirming the bug but marking it wont fix? I
believe I even suggested a rather straight forward solution to make it
themable, so I am rather interested in why it won't be fixed despite
being an acknowledged issue with a simple enough fix.
