Public bug reported:

LXTerminal, the terminal application, will open full screen on a netbook
but not maximised. This is the case even if the application was
maximised before. It is annoying to have to do so every time.

How to reproduce:

- Open lxterm
- See that it's not maximised
- Click maximise.
