I was affected by this bug http://tracker.luatex.org/view.php?id=291
from 2009 (!). I was already going to tell them that they are sadly
mistaken to have closed it as fixed as I still experience it in 2012
until I realized that my Precise expl3.sty file is indeed from 2009. The
CTAN version is from 2012.
