The only thing about cryptsetup that's relevant is that it causes
plymouth to be included in the initramfs where it wouldn't otherwise be.
So reassigning to plymouth.

Philip, can you please run 'apport-collect -p plymouth 942846', to get
information about your system that's relevant for diagnosing plymouth?
