The paddings of the different notebooks inside the window should be constant. The applets having notebooks inside, with the padding between the top toolbar and the top of the notebook: Universal access (17px), Mouse(17px), Time(12px), Sound(17px), Keyboard(17px), Backup(14px), Privacy(19px), Background(8px).
