Thank you for your bug report, I can't confirm that here, could somebody having 
the issue:
- install nautilus-dbg (and maybe the glib and gtk dbg as well)
- run "nautilus --quit"
- run "G_SLICE=always-malloc G_DEBUG=gc-friendly  valgrind -v --tool=memcheck 
--leak-check=full --num-callers=40 --log-file=valgrind.log nautilus"

trigger the issue

add valgrind.log to the bug report
