Public bug reported:

Using the touchpad on a Dell Latitude E5520 laptop is frustrating. The
mouse pointer jumps almost on any touch, making a double click a very
annoying experience, together with missing the target. The single click
is also annoying. I just can't compare this to the Windows experience.

The sensitivity and acceleration levels are set very low, very close to zero
(or whatever value is on the left side).

I don't want to open another bug, but it happened that the touchpad didn't work
once after a night in standby (the lid closed). I couldn't reproduce this with
a couple of minutes of standby (the lid closed).
