Public bug reported:
Ekiga in Ubuntu 11.10 does not allow an external SIP or H.323 account.
The only type of account available is a normal ekiga.net one.
Furthermore, such an account has to be set up using the account wizard
window.
In previous versions, the tool at Edit->Account would show a button to
create a new account in which the user could choose its type.
