Public bug reported:
Whenever I go to toggle Bluetooth from ON to OFF (since I don't have
Bluetooth, it doesn't ever need to be enabled), my wireless radio is
also disabled. I am unable to reenable either bluetooth or wireless
without pressing the shortcut on my keyboard.
