Hi everyone
I have solved this problem but it might not be the best way more like a
workaround!
However, I erased everything on my computer that had the name "libreoffice3.5*"
in nautilus. Thereafter did I follow this instruction
http://itechlog.com/linux/2008/12/18/fix-broken-package-ubuntu/ ( $ sudo gedit
/var/lib/dpkg/status ) to get rid of the alarms what worked pretty well.
Afterwards all was back, the update-manager & synaptic etc.
Finally, I removed LibreOffice 3.4.5 (my backup) and installed
LibreOffice 3.5.1 RC1
