@Dmitry: as we are in Feature Freeze, please refrain to make 'unnecessary'
changes, like updating the standards-version or the copyright version. this
makes just the diff bigger and some sponsors may reject it.
Also, do not mark the bug report as fix committed, as this status is used to
mark that the change has been uploaded to the archive and is waiting for
publishing. Just keep it as Confirmed and subscribe Sponsors.
