@Sean, About the renaming issue, I wouldn't call it a bug, at least not in the code, it's more like just a case that needs handling, the ftp protocol it self - i think- doesn't check if the destination file exists or not, it's the ftp client's job to make sure that the file doesn't exist before doing the renaming, I think this could be filed as a bite-size bug, i'd prefer a question popup like in file's copying, the one that asks if to overwrite or rename.
