Public bug reported:
I had a couple of applications open and when I clicked the "workspace
switcher" icon, all 4 workspace were displayed properly. But apart from
the 4 workspaces that were visible, menu bar was also visible on the
topmost part of the screen. When I tried clicking on the menus, they got
"pressed" but did not respond in any way. The menu bar being displayed
most probably belongs to Firefox since it had history and bookmark menu.
Then, I minimized all the windows such that the desktop was visible. Now
when I clicked the workspace switcher icon, all 4 workspaces were visble
but once again the menu bar for desktop was visible at the top (It had
File, Edit, View, Go, and Help menus).
