Public bug reported:

Description: Ubuntu precise (development branch)
Release: 12.04

gnome-tweak-tool:
  Installed: 3.2.2-3
  Candidate: 3.2.2-3
  Version table:
 *** 3.2.2-3 0
        500 http://mirrors.gigenet.com/ubuntuarchive/ precise/universe amd64
Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Shell themes were extracted to "~/.themes/" as well as copied to
"/usr/share/themes/". Extracted GTK themes seem to show up under the
GTK+ theme and WIndow theme drop-downs, however gnome-shell themes fail
to appear despite "User Themes Extension" being on.
