Shell themes were extracted to "~/.themes/" as well as copied to
"/usr/share/themes/". Extracted GTK themes seem to show up under the
GTK+ theme and WIndow theme drop-downs, however gnome-shell themes fail
to appear despite "User Themes Extension" being on.
