Public bug reported:
I have an Ubuntu 10.04 and I installed ipopt-3.8.1 using "sudo apt-get
install coinor-libipopt-dev"
I noticed that the pkg-config file ipopt.pc has not been installed, although it
is the case if I install the newer version Ipopt-3.10.1 from source.
Is there a way to fix this?
