** Description changed:

  When at the login screen, an attempt to open and use the session menu
  using the arrow keys, tab key and enter key, results in nothing. In its
  current state, the login screen does not provide a sufficient way to
  navigate through by keyboard. This goes against Canonical's intentions
  to make Ubuntu the best operating system for the disabled.
