During the last check I've noticed that the problem concerns more than just an Android phone through adb. After observing those messages "Task blocked..." I cannot use any USB mass storage devices at all. I've tried to plug in 2 USB memory sticks just to observe that those are not automatically mounted and there was no trace of detecting them in the dmesg output - like nothing happened. Other USB devices (HID: mouse, keyboard) were working fine all the time.
