Steps to reproduce:
* Install nvidia driver as recommended
* Go somewhere and wait a few minutes
* Return to PC, screen is black
* Move mouse
Expected result:
* Unlock screen
Actual result:
* Black screen, only mouse cursor visible
Additional info: Bug is present for years and has apparently never been
fixed
