Freshly updated all packages; same issue. As I said in the report, the adapter isn't detected at all. In the bluetooth manager tool it simply says "No Bluetooth adapters found". Running 'sudo hcitool dev' comes back with a line that just says "Devices:". I also noticed that the next line after the above dmesg output is this (not sure if it's relevant):
[ 17.296954] usbcore: registered new interface driver ath3k I'll update my xubuntu install later and give relevant dmesg output there for comparison. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/945932 Title: Atheros USB bluetooth adapter not detected in 12.04 beta 1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bluez/+bug/945932/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
