Binary package hint: epiphany
When you click a file from epiphany, it asks if you want to save it to
your harddrive. In that dialog, the "cancel" button is placed to the
right of the "save as" button, which is confusing and contrary to what
the HIG specify (If the alert was produced in response to a user action,
place a Cancel button immediately to the left of the affirmative
button).
