Hi Anmar, It looks like you and Jamie Strandboge are seeing the same issue. You both have the same wireless card and almost identical systems. Jamie has opened bug 948235. We've pointed him to try using the linux- backports-modules package to see if it helps. It contains and updated compat-wireless stack from v3.3. If you want to give it a test, that would be great.
sudo apt-get install linux-backports-modules-cw-3.3-precise-generic Then just reboot and let us know your results after a bit of testing/use.
