Public bug reported:
I had sound until I hit the mute button on the face of the laptop.
When I unmuted the sound did not return. I went into console and
unmuted using alsamixer and unmuted from the audio panel icon. Even
after reboot i'm not getting sound. The only sound I heard was the first
beep sequence during the trouble-shooting scenario
